Inquiry

This is my scratch for inquiry. It is based on our inquiry question. I found it challenging to make it because it was my first scratch. I really enjoyed making it because of finding all the different things out.

Skull Island

This is my map from reading workshops. We were learning how to read maps. Once we had finished the instructions we had to colour the island in. I really enjoyed finding everything using the instructions. I found it tricky locating the right places to ut them.

Speeches

This my speech for 2019. First, we had to say it in front of our class then if you got into the semi-finals you had to say it to our neighbourhood (111 kids) then if you went into the finals you had to say it to the years 4,5 and 6. When I said it to my class I was so nervous then when I got into the Semifinals I felt like there was a swarm of butterflies in my tummy, Then when I got into the finals I felt lightheaded and dizzy! Next time I do this I think I would try to record it somewhere quieter.

Maths Problem solving

Next time I would try to work it out quickly. Also, see if there were any faster ways to solve it.

MY polyline

At school, we made a polyline of ourselves I really liked mine because it took me AGES BUt then the results were awesome. First, we had to take a picture of ourselves then we had to remove the background that took me six tries! Next, we had to start polylining it In found that hard aswell. once I started it became very fun Next time I would try making my hair in a ponytail.

crosswords

In our reading workshop, we were doing crosswords to advance our vocab. They really worked because now I know what an atoll is. Which is and sort of island with water in the centre of it  I found them fun because I enjoy doing crosswords. it was fun being able to work with whoever you want. I found it difficult to get some of the words but most of it was quite easy.
